Miss Moe is a Burmese-American pharmacist, entrepreneur, and author whose journey from Myanmar to the United States is a story of courage, reinvention, and building a life on her own terms.
Born and raised in Yangon, Myanmar, Miss Moe grew up with traditional values centered on family, education, sacrifice, and responsibility. Her journey eventually took her across continents—from Myanmar to Australia and, ultimately, to the United States, where she pursued higher education and a career in pharmacy.
Starting over in a new country was not easy. She had to navigate a new education system, cultural differences, financial challenges, relationships, and the uncertainties of building a future far from home. Along the way, she learned not only how to succeed professionally but also how to become financially independent, advocate for herself, and create opportunities where none seemed to exist.
After earning her pharmacy degree and becoming a licensed pharmacist, Miss Moe went on to build a successful career while also pursuing entrepreneurship. Her experiences with money, business, relationships, immigration, cultural identity, and personal growth became the foundation for her writing.
